What moves
- Patients
- New and updated patient records, with the demographics your campaigns segment on.
- Appointments
- Scheduled, completed, cancelled and no-showed — the trigger for every recall and reactivation you want to run.
- Outcomes
- Fittings, purchases and test results, so you stop marketing hearing aids to someone who bought last month.
Data moves out of Blueprint and into GoHighLevel. We don't write back into your practice management system — your OMS stays the system of record.
How it works
1. Blueprint exports on a schedule
We work from Blueprint's scheduled data exports rather than asking your team to pull reports. Your staff sets it up once with our instructions; after that nobody touches it.
2. AsyncThing transforms and moves it
Our integration engine picks up each feed, maps it to GoHighLevel's contact and appointment model, and handles the unglamorous parts — deduplication, retries on failure, and a log of every record that moved.
3. GoHighLevel triggers the follow-up
Contacts arrive tagged and segmented, so your existing recall, reactivation and no-show workflows fire on real appointment data instead of a spreadsheet somebody remembered to update.
Why not Zapier
General-purpose automation tools are built for systems that will hand over a patient list on request. Blueprint's API won't — so practice data comes across as a scheduled export instead, and the work moves to the specifics: matching a patient record across two systems that disagree about what a patient looks like, and deciding what a cancelled-then-rebooked appointment should do to a nurture sequence.
That's the part we've already built and run for other practices.
Patient data, handled properly
This pipeline carries patient data, and that shapes how it's built. We scope each sync to the fields your campaigns actually use rather than copying your database wholesale, and we carry your patients' contact preferences across — if someone is marked not to receive commercial messages in Blueprint, that follows them into GoHighLevel.
The compliance paperwork is part of scoping, not an afterthought: we work through what agreements are needed between your practice, us, and your CRM before any data moves. We'd rather tell you that on the call than discover it later.
Find out what it takes to connect your practice
Twenty minutes with Brandon. We'll look at how your Blueprint exports are configured and what your GoHighLevel account already does, and tell you whether this is a fit — including if it isn't.
Twenty minutes, no charge. Bring a screenshot of your Blueprint export settings if you have one — it's the fastest way to scope this.
